Stopped working already, thought of enjoying myself since there's only aBIT of time left. Went to watch (i am legend) and (national treasure:book of secrets). Both super great movies. We were like hopping past times bookstore and we saw the book of i am legend. Totally different endings-.-
Still, nice movies. Hannah and i had QIU LIAN's ban mian before that, the cook was qiulian and the server was qiuhua.(we created the name for her, the typical chinese words used for names) It was $3.50 but i was kinda sad before we only ate $1.50 and wasted $2 of the noodles. We kinda had a movie mania, one show after the other. Had swensons, longest meal ever like shaoli said.
Customer service were really poor and joey wrote nonsense on the feedback form. lol.









































Customer services now are getting poorer and poorer. The experiences with the call waiting for m1, and especially the cdenz really make people mad. Rachel was really angry with the cdenz,they obviously didn't want to answer our calls. It was really funny when she scolded "bitch", we all thought she was talking to the receptionist. Luckily Gwyn and James entertained me throughout the ride earlier in the day, if not it will be super boring. It was a prank call made to james, nice drama gwyn.

Went to get BBQ stuffs today. The fish was alive! Really freaked us out, big one somemore! All the aunties and uncles must have laughed at us because we didn't really know how to handle wet market stuffs. I can't join them to the cdenz after that, i feel guilty!

Deals are getting better nowadays, i made 14 calls yesterday and 13 today. I only worked from 1-4 plus today, was really bored, so i stopped calling. Crystal and i were speaking to those people with fluuuuu and we were sniffing during conversations. Sharifah gave us chocolates for christmas! James and i bid goodbye to cheryl and crystal before heading to grab a bite, but when we went to the mac, it kinda got him queasy so we went to the kfc. "Too fattening, unhealthy" then we headed back to research plus to look for Arianah so that we can go to work together. Let me think what we had in the end, burger king! Had a hard time finding the location. Saw ms lim, with a guy,awwwwww. Lol, the surprised meeting got myself a christmas present from her. Then i started working. Stood there for boring 4 hours again! Nothing much happened today, i just saw Chen Han wei, i got so excited i called mum, but she simply went, "SO?" So yeah..
I helped an auntie picked up her big purse when she dropped without knowing(or maybe on purpose! To test me??)

Those people, !@#$%%^&& people, simply blowed their, what do you call that, smoke, all around. With the wind carrying those smoke, i cannot run any further to prevent myself from breathing them in. Changed my mind just before i wanted to go to work today. Guilty now because i promised Gwin i would go. He must be lonely there because Arianah stopped working, huikuan and daphne went overseas. Its the second time i didn't show up when i promised to, hahaha.
Ice skating was okay, i fell ONCE because this same person knocked me twice. There weren't any third time because i stopped before he could knock. Heng ah! At first, it was really scary, the last time i skated was last christmas, and its like a year already. After that, it gets better and better la. I cannot skate till the wind can blow my hair backwards, but at least i only fell once during my second attempt! I did try but shaoli still felt that i was just walking on the ice-.-. Its joey's first attempt and he did it so well, i couldn't capture any shots of his fall because he didn't fall at all! The birthday song was played like thrice, and each time, we dashed to the center to catch the fake snow. Watched my first nc16 movie, the warlords. There were loads of gruesome killings but hannah and i found it funny instead. We were like the only once laughing at all the parts that weren't meant to be funny at all.

OKAY, maybe a bad one.

Location was at city hall today. Another new place to familiarize. New people to familiarize too. Knew a couple of them, James who guided me to the girls' toilet, thanks man. I've got 1000 over people today. They looked at me like some fool sitting on the ground, smiling at me for no reason. It was really bored down there. I counted the number of windows in the tower, one by one. Time flies, don't know the way, need my new friend to bring me back. Lonely ride home though.
Before that, i went to research plus to do the telemarketing thing. I did 10 surveys! Super happy. More interesting stuffs on the phone today. Two people actually wanted to join us to work as well. Most people i interviewed today were 50 and above. This old man, he gave me a lecture for more than 20mins and he blamed me for the dragged conversation. He tried to teach me about the right concept of human life..on and on..

I spoke to a lady,70 years old, she is super up-to-date. 3.5G handphone/wireless router/cable tv, she all use. Damn cool. Anyway, ask me about all the handphone services now, i can answer them already, almost memorised the survey questions man. I even got scolded for speaking like a machine gun like what he said. It was because of people that say, "SORRY NOT INTERESTED." "CAN YOU MAKE IT QUICK". "THIS IS TAKING UP TOO MUCH OF MY TIME." "I DONT KNOW ENGLISH".
I realised that i earned 60+ just by facing these gundoos.
Alex called me after work at shangri la and he said he worked for a WEDDING DINNER just now!! Argh, that's what i crave to work for.

Went to cousin's wedding lunch today. I wanted to make things difficult for the waiters/waitresses there but i couldnt find any chance to do so. The bride is superrr pretty(all brides are!) . The groom is soo sooo charming(crap, all grooms are). Food were alright, much better than the place i worked(seriously serious).
I wore heels and its like totally painful, no more, melissa.
I had bananas for dinner again. Yum.
I'm sad because i am veryx100 hungry.
I'm happy because i got my pay.

At first, i thought my fears will be that i've got no friends there. It turned out to be that all of the people from the agency were pretty nice, made friends and even planned to work together again.
Serving cocktail sucks, totally. The tray was like the weight of 3 glasses of water, and i have to carry 6 glasses of soft drinks/beers for the guests. Worst of all,i had to present myself in a certain poise. By half an hour, our arms were practically cramped/numbed, ALL. I just remembered that we kept signaling to one another, "my hand pain leh!! when end!! i want to put it down!!". I started carrying the stupid trays in my own patterns:D. I got scolding by my boss, a couple of times, but i didn't drop at all! Serving the wine and food was alright. Thank god i did not did OT. Left at 12+, mood changed to be better after the fellow people consoled that nothing will happen. Nothing happened though. I knew 3 friends from my neighbouring schools, i thought i would like take a same cab with them but they unintentionally:) dumped me to 3 china guys.
Baaah, well, jolly day despite those scoldings!
Previously, it was some British disco and dance. As expected, 99% were whites. They were polite people. They even dragged me to dance. I was like OMG. At that point of time, i was holding to 3 wine glasses,joining them in the long line they formed. Damn paisei, i swirled with them for awhile and i ran away. Kintoh got carried by drunk whites. They were totally HIGH. They even finished 2 bottles of wine. Wine name? NO IDEA. We had to act like we know what they want. In fact, i did not know what the heck they wanted. I found this drink they wanted really interesting, vodka cranberry, or vodka redbull, i wanna tryyyyy. One white man allowed but of course i cannot take it(workingggg). Those people were like pushing and rushing to get their drinks from the bar and i was like squashed in between, really short even with the heels. HIM:"This little woman has been waiting for a long time(YEAH LA, 20MINS LEH), let her order first."

That night,no, morning, was hell tiring, we could not choose not to work OT because those people only left at 3am. After 3am, i spent 15mins looking for a lady's missing shoe. Goshhh.
Poor kintoh and royston, they left an hour later because they had to move Christmas trees.

Let me see, previously, i wanted to work as a toys promoter, but it didn't work out, because my job is simply standing there for 8hrs, i go for break as and when i like, nothing to do, really.
I quited because i got nothing to do. The hot question they like to find is "Where can i get DORA'S backpack?" I really, really don't know, i even spend time explaining how dora's backpack look like. Of course you cannot find dora's backpack,its on her back uncles/aunties! They called me auntie twice somemore. I chit chatted with my in-charge for an hour then she send me off to eat again. Many times-.-

Its the 3rd job im clinging on currently. Still surviving well there, i thought telemarketing was tough(IT WAS!) but good thing is -day 1 i did 4, day 2 i did 7 and day 3 i did 9, surveys i mean.
Tonight is probably one of the nights we can gather, i mean all of us working there. Stephanie and Laypeng will switching jobs to work in MANGO. I will take on waitress job, then the rest of them are going overseas one by one.
Telemarketing can be fun when you encounter interesting people.
Yes, the lady i encountered was so interesting she SCREAMED at me on the phone. "YOU NO BRAINS OR WHAT...(on and on)". If i've got no brains, i wouldn't be talking to her. Mad woman. I still made friends from inside, i consider those callers friends when they seemed friendly la. One taught me hokkien while i interview them. Young kids like age 11 are already carrying 3G phones! I'm so super jealous man. The trainer even encounter weird people like

interviewee: one of the race in the whole wide world..
like what the hell, crap uh.
