Ha, we've all POPed.
The whole 4-in-1 thing was a total bullshit. I've did my duties, enjoyed my last time to be able to eat the refreshments, and got a reward--- Cert. of gratitude. They should consider adding a bar of Mars chocolate to the Cert during the presentation? At least its not just a piece of paper. But hah, it's over, hopefully next year they'll get a trophy or something.
Guest-of-honor, Ms Ho. She was terrific, i yearn that she can replace the principal, or the vice? Ha, just replace them ALL:) I don't want to recall the bad stuffs about the whole ceremony, let's think back about those good ones shall we? We sang the loudest Westwood anthem, loudest theme song, straightest "V" shapes, loudest "Go,Go,Go,Go!" Yeah.
David got his retribution for insisting to show that video, i suppose its retribution. He never got his polisher back(its in the dustin, david), and hopefully there weren't any scratches on his laptopl,ha.
I had my make-up tuition.
Went to the Macdonald after that, and saw the mac staff talking to a auntie teaching her daughter,
cannot help but to eavesdrop AGAIN:)
mac staff: whoa, now kids works very difficult ah!
auntie: no choice la, rulang primary school is like that lor [mimicking how she spoke]
mac staff: actually now all the schools also difficult la!
auntie:no ah, rulang good school, most difficult, other schools' spelling for primary one is one word, my daughter's is one sentence leh. [ still mimicking..]
me-to myself:(oh one sentence, big deal..)
I don't understand why kids are put under pressures to go to schools their parents assumed it was GOOD. Poor kids.
By the way, shawn the sheep is a lame show!! Not funny at all!!
How can it be labelled under the same category as mr bean, and emperor kusco!?

My previous post put up a link on the girl who lost her mother, but it was due to death. Today, my class had an experience which we never had until today. We visited Chen Su Lan Methodist children's home. The kids however, had their parents but sadly, sent there because of family abuse, of having a broken family. This really have a great impact on their attitudes too. Yes, they might really seem very friendly, but there is something they really need, which all of us just dont understand what it was. The kids greeted us with smiles and they were very active. I was hugged by the first girl after i met them. My buddy wasn't around, so i was buddy-less. Looking at all of them having fun, i had my own fun taking pictures of their fun too! Some of the shots were taken by the kids, they love the camera, not me.
There was this girl, Rachael, i remembered her as a sweet looking princess. She gave me this note, which made me very, very happy. Yeah, i went on to show off and this little boy, David, took and tear it, i was like OMG. Haha, but Rachael wrote another one for me:) Geees, i'm starting to miss those kids!! There were some kids who did some stuffs which made me remembered them too. This boy, HATES GIRLS. I seriously don't know why, he punched me for smiling at him. He also kept on repeating things like, "girls are stupid!""all girls in singapore got no teh-teh!(breast)" Yes, other girls got punched as well, and i can bet, it hurts!
I made a paperheart for Rachael in return and the other girl got jealous! Argh!! Kids!! No doubt she got angry and went on to isolate herself. Cheryl was her buddy, she had a hard time, because of me. Not exactly me, but the pathetic paperheart. I told her, "okok, i make for you also okay?" She just ignored. I went on to make for her BUT she THREW IT AWAY. I was quite angry la but didn't scold her, Cheryl did, hahaha. She scolded her not because of that, but its because Lingling shouted at her. They are really daring and fierce.
I was attracted by the music played by Wanling, she was demure, gentle & beautiful too. I thought she was one of the best child around but i was wrong. Hmm, ifah was her buddy. When ifah switched her attention to another kid, i think wanling probably got jealous and isolate herself. (AGAIN) I went to talk to her, but these kids totally turned me off, like i was invicible!! I can tell you, it really made me boil to talk to a kid in a kiddy way, hoping that he/she will respond you. I talked to the two girls who isolate themselves,I was like some retard, "what happen? tell jiejie what happen ok? don't treat me like that la, i will be very sad you know." I cannot believe i said that but i did! Guess what, no response still. At the moment, i really don't feel like having babies anymore.
Ken(asyraff's buddy), was one guy who i thought was very so-called "sensible". He told me that he was just there for 2 weeks so he haven't really know the other kids well. He was just as playful la, all of them are the same! Last but not least, the one i found was the most adorable and nice one. ANDY!! or is it ELVIS?? Nevermind, andy/elvis, is a buddy of shafiq, he loves piggybacks, or as long as he can sit on your shoulder, he will be happy already. Shafiq helped him to style his hair and lol, he loved it alot!! Yes, he loved it so much so if someone dares to touch it, he will punch that person. Because of that, he couldn't follow the rest for their outing, poor thing.
Umm, if i did not remember her name wrongly, she is karin. She told hannah that she wrote to the newspapers hoping for someone to visit them. She has been there for 2 years plus and had never returned home. I can see that she is very well-mannered as well, she called me jiejie when i'm like just 2 or 3 years older than her. Practically all of them called us jiejies & korkors. I guess God fulfil her wish, in bringing us to this visit. She asked Zawani a math question, then me. It was primary school math, yikes! I failed my math in primary school, but i thought that it would be so embarrassing if i don't know how to do. I cracked my brains, asked around, but finally peixuan knew how and taught her. Sigh, this happens when you don't have basic concepts in primary school.
A few of them kept asking us, "when are you all going back?" They didn't ask that to chase us away, they asked that hoping that we would stay longer. We played wacko,catching,soccer,boardgaming,pepsi-cola,eagles&chickens, played the playground, sang with them, and also listened to them play the piano. They are talented and bright young people, but their disadvantage is one that is the most important in one's life, a family.
I've decided to visit them again soon, perhaps after Os. Hopefully, they will still remember us. I've been thinking and also keen to know why they were there, each and everyone's reasons, but i know they wouldn't speak about it, and wouldn't even think about it.
